Suheir Khoury is a graduate to be from the Cinema and Photography dept. of the Neri Bloomfield art and design academy. Born in Acre to a Palestinian family, Khoury’s photography and video explore the relationship between art, narrative, trauma, memory and displacement. She employs the contemporary work of art to narrate the unwritten history of Palestinians. Khoury received a Ph.D from the Hebrew University in sociolinguistics in 1994 and will earn B.Ed.F.A in art photography from the Neri Bloomfield school of art and design in 2022.
